Frank Bulacher (f.bulacher@gmail.com) is a director and BI team lead at Deloitte. He has been working in BI for more than 10 years in the US and Europe. Prior to that, Frank was a consultant in data warehousing and SAP FI/CO. His career has taken him to top-tier and boutique companies. Frank is a graduate of the University of Augsburg, Germany and the University of Wales in Swansea, UK with majors in banking and computer science. He is the technical editor for BW Expert.

Peter Cole works in the SAP practice of Answerthink, Inc. He has 10 years of experience in the SAP R/3 logistic modules in mostly international projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries in the Americas and in Europe. Peter's process focus has been on the supply chain, in particular PP, Production Planning/Process Industries (PP-PI), Quality Management (QM), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with a background in Basis and programming. He participated in two System Landscape Optimization projects, in which two SAP systems were merged into one client.
Michael Debevec, president, Debevec Consulting, Inc., is a senior consultant with more than 14 years of experience with SAP. He has worked with SAP CRM for the past nine years and assisted in implementations in high tech, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals industries. Prior to working in SAP, Michael was an IS manager in charge of logistics systems.
Pete Ditmars, PMP is an independent SAP technical consultant and project manager. Ned Falk is a senior education consultant at SAP. In prior positions, he implemented many ERP solutions, including SAP R/3. While at SAP, he initially focused on logistics. Now he focuses on SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP CRM, and the integration of SAP NetWeaver BW and SAP BusinessObjects tools. Manuel Gallardo (mgallardo2010@yahoo.com) is a former SAP platinum consultant. His area of expertise is SAP Personnel Time Management and CATS. Since working on his first SAP implementation in 1994, he has also worked on a wide variety of SAP ERP HCM modules, as well as SAP NetWeaver Portal and ABAP development. Manuel is the author of the SAP PRESS book Configuring and Using CATS and a frequent conference speaker.
Vijay Garg, PMP, is a senior SAP supply chain management consultant and partner at Enowa Consulting. He has more than 14 years of SAP project management and implementation experience with Fortune 500 companies in the Hi-Tech, Chemicals, CPG, and Engineering industries using various SAP Business Suite applications as well as SAP APO. Prior to working in SAP, he had vast experience in the engineering industry, including software development and applications.
Nathan Genez is an SAP FI/CO- and SAP NetWeaver BW-certified consultant who has worked with SAP ERP since 1996, with an emphasis on the capital accounting modules: PS, IM, and FI-AA. A former platinum consultant with SAP America, Inc., he has worked with SAP NetWeaver BW since release 1.2B. He is currently a managing partner at Serio Consulting in Houston, Texas.
Jayne Gibbon, CPA, is a director of GRC Support at SAP. Prior to joining SAP in 2007, Jayne worked for eight years at a Fortune 200 manufacturing company. She worked in various areas including internal audit and computer security. Part of her experience included leading the very first implementation of Virsa's Compliance Calibrator.
Martin Gillet is an SAP-certified HR consultant (ECC 6.0, SAP R/3 Enterprise, and 4.0B) who works freelance on international projects. He graduated with honors in Human Resources Management from Belgian Haute Ecole Namuroise Catholique (HENaC). Martin has worked with SAP R/3 since 1997 in the chemical, catering, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, food, banking, and oil industries. He has focused on SAP HR since 1998 and has other SAP expertise including XSS, LSO, E-Recruiting, CATS, Reporting, Authorizations, and SAP NetWeaver Portal.

Anupam Gupta is a practice manager at The Principal Consulting (TPC), managing its enterprise performance management (EPM) practice. He has more than 10 years of development and global consulting experience with SAP solutions in the areas of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation. He is responsible for the development of EPM competencies, knowledge management assets, and TPC-developed solutions spanning a range of SAP products such as SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BusinessObjects Business Planning and Consolidation, and SAP Strategic Enterprise Management.
Loren Heilig is the founder of IBSolution GmbH and has been its managing director since 2003. He is responsible for the research and development of SAP NetWeaver consulting services and SOA strategies. Prior to IBSolution GmbH, Loren was a project leader at SAP Systems Integration AG and SAP AG, where he set up a business warehouse consulting team that focused on human resources.
Winni Hesel is a partner with
Enowa Consulting, and his SAP experience reaches back more than 18 years. As an SAP consultant, project manager, and program manager, he has led global rollouts and worked on numerous SAP projects in the Americas and Europe. Winni has four years of experience with SAP Solution Manager and has completed more than 40 SAP Solution Manager project assignments with various scope from projects to ChaRM to Service Desk to test management and business process monitoring.

Ingo Hilgefort started in 1999 with Seagate Software/Crystal Decisions as a trainer and consultant. He moved to Walldorf for Crystal Decisions at the end of 2000 and worked with the SAP NetWeaver BW development team integrating Crystal Reports with SAP NetWeaver BW. He then relocated to Vancouver in 2004 and worked as a product manager/program manager (in engineering) on the integration of Business Objects products with SAP products. He currently works on BI end-to-end solution architecture, with a focus on the SAP BusinessObjects BI portfolio, and is also part of a team looking at the creation of Rapid Deployment solutions. Peter Hofer, CISA, CISSP, is a senior manager at Turnkey Consulting, UK. He has more than 12 years of experience implementing controls within the SAP environment, initially as part of the Deloitte Process & Systems Integrity team, and more recently with Turnkey Consulting. Peter has worked in pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, and FMCG environments across Europe and Africa. Peter delivers courses on "SAP for Auditors" and "SAP Authorization Concepts, Design, and Implementation."

Peter Jones is a business intelligence solution architect in the areas of CO, EC, SAP NetWeaver, BI, BusinessObjects, Planning and Consolidation, and SEM for MI6 Solutions. He is certified in all areas listed and a subject material expert for SEM, CO, BI, and Planning and Consolidation. He has worked in these areas for SAP and MI6 Solutions during the last 14 years. He is currently involved in projects incorporating the BW 7.3/Planning and Consolidation 10.0 and EPM Excel Add-In V10. He has consulted in all areas above for the last seven years, was an SAP instructor for seven years, and has written several books about SAP NetWeaver BW and FI/CO.

Roberto Kirsten has almost 20 years of international consulting experience working on very large accounts in several industries. He has completed numerous SAP implementations worldwide in many different capacities ranging from technical to functional, including leadership roles. For the past 10 years, his work has centered on helping clients define customer channel strategies involving SAP CRM in the areas of marketing, sales, services, and revenue management. Roberto is the SAP CRM Principal at Capgemini, and his role includes the delivery of large CRM programs as well as the development of multi-year roadmaps, business cases as well as creating value propositions around CRM programs.

John Krakowski is currently a senior product manager at SAP Americas for Service and Support Infrastructure and SAP Solution Manager, responsible for the rollin and rollout of this strategic SAP product. He has been an employee of SAP for 11 years, serving as a senior support consultant, manager, and key account advisor. John has been actively involved with the SAP Solution Manager platform since 2001. In total, he has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, including technical administration with an SAP customer and the US military.

Mitresh Kundalia heads the SAP Practice division at Quality Systems & Software (QS&S). QS&S helps companies achieve world-class performance by realizing their latent business and technological potential with an emphasis on SAP systems. QS&S uses industry-wide best practices and proven implementation tools to integrate complex business processes with the SAP system. With an MBA degree in finance, Mitresh implements financial and logistics applications with specialization in management reporting, Profitability Analysis, information systems, and SAP NetWeaver BW.

Danielle Larocca is an executive in the areas of HR (Human Resources) and IS (Information Systems). She has served as the vice president of HRIS at one of the largest employers in the world managing the Americas division. Christian Matz is the managing director of ecenta America Inc. and has more than nine years of SAP CRM experience, both functional and technical. Before joining ecenta AG in Germany in 2002, Christian was a principal consultant at PwC Consulting in Germany. Having a background in consulting as well as development, he has contributed significantly to many successful SAP CRM implementation projects worldwide in the roles of system architect and technical/design lead.
Adolfo Menéndez Fernández is the application architecture manager in Repsol (Spain). Previously, he has worked at SAP Spain as a logistics consulting manager. He is a certified SAP consultant in several areas with more than 10 years of SAP implementation experience in the consumer product goods, pharmaceutical, automotive, furniture, textile, chemical, oil & gas, and steel industries using SAP ERP logistic modules (PP, MM, SD) as well as SAP SCM (DP, SNP, GATP, TP/VS and PP/DS).
Clay Molinari has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has been working as an SAP HR consultant since 1997. He is president of C&C Savant, Inc., an SAP consulting firm that specializes in combining standard SAP configuration and custom ABAP programming to help its clients solve unique or complicated requirements.

Michael A. Moore has been an IT consultant for 22 years with more than 10 years of experience as an SAP technical architect. Mike has held positions with DuPont, Westinghouse, IBM, and Accenture. His clients have included public sector, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial companies. For the past five years, Mike's career has focused on SAP technical architecture, where he is responsible for SAP financial, logistics, Asset Management, and Business Intelligence solutions for a US federal public sector customer. Chris Moose is a partner within IBM's Global Business Services organization. He leads IBM's SAP warehouse management consultants, taking an active role in both the sales and delivery of SAP warehouse management solutions worldwide. He also helps to lead the IBM logistics practice, which focuses on distribution challenges including warehouse management systems implementations, warehouse operations improvements, transportation network assessments, and implementing transportation management solutions.

Jim Mottern is the managing director of JMA Advisors, serving a wide variety of companies. He has more than 25 years of experience with ERP systems, performance improvement/cost reduction, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Jim has worked with a wide variety of technology, consumer goods, health care and defense companies in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. He is a frequent speaker on GRC topics and an advisor to software companies on CFO matters. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Idaho and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Greg Newman is originally from New Zealand and has been implementing and supporting HR and Payroll systems since 1999. He has been involved in numerous global SAP ERP HCM and Payroll implementations across the world, including for Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Currently Greg is located in London, England, where he runs a company delivering world-class Human Capital Management solutions powered by SAP.

Tim K. Nguyen is a principal solutions consultant with the SAP Global Solutions Practice at EMC Corporation where he works to develop solutions that are valuable to SAP customers worldwide. In addition to his work in developing game-changing and cutting-edge solutions using EMC technologies, he also advises SAP customers around the globe on strategies for storage tiering, virtualization and virtual data center, efficient IT, security, and business continuity. Tim has been an SAP Basis expert since 1996, specializing in SAP application performance and business continuity. He is a well-known speaker and author of several books as well as articles in SAP Professional Journal.


Paul Ovigele has worked as an ERP financials consultant since 1997 in both North America and Europe, specializing in implementing the Financial Accounting and Controlling modules along with their integrated areas for companies in the chemical, logistics, pharmaceuticals, apparel, and entertainment industries, among others. Paul has delivered numerous training sessions to finance professionals at both the functional and managerial levels, and he has presented at various SAP financials conferences around the world. He is the author of the book 100 Things You Should Know about Financial Accounting with SAP, published by SAP Press.

Frank Rambo, Ph.D, is director of SAP GRC Regional Implementation Group (RIG) in the EMEA region. Prior to this position, he worked eight years for SAP Germany as a senior consultant focusing on SAP security, identity management, and SAP NetWeaver Portal. Before he joined SAP in 1999, Frank worked as a physicist in an international research team. Frank lives in Hamburg, Germany.
Iliya Ruvinsky is a managing partner at Skywind Consulting Ltd., Israel. He is an SAP-certified BW consultant and instructor with more than 12 years of experience working with SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Business Objects. He is an implementation and project management expert, serving for more than eight years as a trusted advisor to a wide range of Israeli enterprises, including in the insurance, energy, sales, and logistics industries. He is a graduate of the University of Tel Aviv, Israel, holding an MBA in information systems analysis.
Janet Salmon joined SAP AG in 1992. After working as a translator, she became a technical writer for the product costing area in 1993 and then a product manager for the product costing area in 1996. More recently, she has worked on CO content for SAP NetWeaver BW, financial analytics, and role-based portals. She is currently a solution manager in SAP ERP Financials with responsibility for people productivity in this area.
Lori Sanders leads Enowa Consulting's global SAP Solution Manager practice. Prior to joining Enowa, she led business development activities in SAP Active Global Support Americas for solution support tools. In 2005, SAP named Lori the first and only platinum SAP Solution Manager consultant; in that role she worked with numerous customers and partners to create and implement strategies using SAP Solution Manager as the backbone of implementation and solution operations.
Ali Sarraf is the managing partner at Enowa Consulting and SCM Expert's technical editor. He has 15 years of experience as a senior consultant for SAP Business Suite applications and 20 years of IT experience. During much of his career, he has focused on helping customers optimize their logistics business processes by analyzing and explaining cause-and-effect relationships and by bringing the machine and the human sides of IT closer together.

Rizwan Uqaili is an SAP practice director with Fujitsu America and is responsible for the SAP NetWeaver competency both in the US and India. Rizwan and his team help clients leverage the service orientation that forms the basis of the SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) platform and helps them with the composition of their business processes. Rizwan has been a key speaker at various industry conferences. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from Clark University.

Marcel van den Top has 14 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of business information systems. Marcel has gained his knowledge about SAP Solution Manager on SAP projects in different industries — as an SAP ERP Financials consultant, integration manager, project manager, and advisor. He is a regular speaker at the

Kees van Westerop is senior consultant with Kwest Consulting. He has been working as an SAP consultant for more than 15 years. He has an MBA degree in mathematics and a degree in finance. His main experience lies in the areas of legal accounting, bank accounting, and consolidation. He also has a great deal of experience with international rollouts of kernel systems and integrating finance and logistics, especially to ensure that legal requirements are met. Bert Vanstechelman has more than 15 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting, running all kinds of SAP versions in combination with all possible databases and operating systems supported by SAP. He specializes in SAP release upgrades and Unicode conversions. A.J.
